By proceeding with communication and/or transaction, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – PEARL TRANSACTION
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all pearl transactions, especially bulk or wholesale purchases, conducted by [Company Name].
2. Initial Product Information
2.1. The Seller will provide preliminary information to the Buyer, including:
• Price indication
• Packing list
• Product description and specifications
2.2. This information is provided as a non-binding offer and does not constitute a final agreement.
3. Buyer Response Time
3.1. After receiving the product information, the Buyer must respond within 1 x 24 hours.
3.2. The Buyer’s response must clearly state whether they are:
• Interested, or
• Not interested
3.3. If the Buyer states not interested, the transaction is deemed closed with no further obligations, and the Seller is free to offer the goods to other buyers.
3.4. If no response is received within 1 x 24 hours, the Seller is not obligated to reserve or hold the goods and may offer them to other buyers.
4. Confirmation of Interest & Inspection Schedule
4.1. If the Buyer confirms interest, the Buyer must:
• Inform the Seller of the date or number of days required to come and inspect the goods
• Provide proof of travel ticket booking as confirmation of seriousness
4.2. The inspection shall take place:
• At the Seller’s location, or
• At another mutually agreed location
5. Inspection & Transaction
5.1. The Buyer has the right to inspect the goods in person at the agreed location.
5.2. Upon inspection and final agreement:
• The transaction shall proceed
• Payment shall be made as agreed (cash or bank transfer)
6. Payment & Goods Security
6.1. Goods will only be released or shipped after full payment has been received by the Seller.
6.2. If the goods have been agreed upon but payment has not yet been received:
• The goods will be sealed and secured by the Seller
• The Buyer has no right to take possession of the goods
7. Delivery & Handover
7.1. After full payment is received:
• Goods may be shipped to the Buyer’s designated address, or
• Goods may be handed over directly to the Buyer
7.2. Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the Buyer once:
• The goods are handed over directly, or
• The goods are shipped according to the Buyer’s instructions
8. Final Provision
By proceeding with communication and/or transaction, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
