Shipping Policy
Any loss, delay, or issue occurring after the goods have entered the destination country is not the responsibility of us as the sender.
Shipping Process and Liability
We are responsible for the shipment of goods until the items have departed from Indonesia. Once the goods enter the destination country, full responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping company / carrier, including door-to-door delivery to the buyer’s address.
Loss & Delay
Any loss, delay, or issue occurring after the goods have entered the destination country is not the responsibility of us as the sender.
Nevertheless, both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to file a claim with the shipping company, so that the carrier may:
Provide a refund (either to the sender to be forwarded to the buyer, or directly to the buyer), or
Arrange a replacement shipment to the buyer, subject to the carrier’s policies.
Risk Exclusion
The above liability and claim policy does not apply to shipments with a declared invoice value lower than the actual value of the goods, where:
The invoice value does not reflect the true value of the goods, and
The reduced invoice value is declared with the buyer’s consent as a solution to minimize import duties, customs fees, or import taxes.
In such cases, all shipping risks and liabilities are fully borne by the buyer.
