Payment & Tax Information
Since 2004, we have been serving international online buyers and offer reliable international payment gateway services commonly used by our global clients. As a Gold Supplier on Alibaba and a partner of the Ministry of Communication and Information of Indonesia, we are committed to providing a wide range of payment options.
However, please note that no payment method is inherently “better” than others—many buyers choose bank transfer as a secure way to complete transactions. We aim to give you flexibility and security so you can select the method that suits you best.
Please note:
Payments made via online payment gateways other than bank transfer will incur an additional fee of approximately 5%.
Important Notice for International Buyers
If your purchase exceeds $10,000, please check the import regulations for individuals or companies in your country. For example, there have been cases where someone tried to import goods worth $10,000 into the United States, where personal import limits prohibited such high-value shipments.
Tax
We do not charge local taxes on your purchase. However, buyers are responsible for paying import taxes in their own country. Many international buyers are unaware of import taxes and are surprised by the additional costs.
In recent years, especially for buyers from the United States, import taxes can be particularly high due to new trade policies. Some import duties may reach up to 35%. It is important to be aware of this before completing your order.
We are preparing a dedicated guide to help buyers understand import taxes and find possible solutions to reduce them. Stay tuned for our detailed instructions to make your transactions smoother and more predictable.
State Import Taxes in the United States
Some U.S. states impose additional import taxes on shipments arriving in that state, on top of the federal import duties charged when goods enter the United States. Buyers should be aware that these state-level taxes may apply depending on the destination.
State Sales Tax in the U.S.
Most U.S. states apply sales tax on goods sold within the state, including imported items. A few states—Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon—do not have a state sales tax. Rates and rules vary by state, so buyers should check the applicable tax for their destination.
