Sometimes buyers place special orders, for example: 12 mm, gold, same color, 50–80 pieces. Usually, that means they want to make a necklace.

Here’s the thing: we usually don’t accept orders like this. Why? Because ordering this way is basically ordering a finished necklace, not just loose pearls. And the price should reflect that—it’s more like a retail necklace price, not wholesale.

Also, finding pearls that all match in size, color, and tone is really hard. Even if you sort through 2–3 kilos, or sometimes 5 kilos of pearls, it’s not guaranteed you’ll get enough perfectly matched pearls for a single necklace.

That’s why pearl necklaces are often expensive. It’s not just the pearls themselves—it’s the time and effort it takes to select matching ones.

So when you place an order like this, think of it as ordering a necklace in a different way, not just buying loose pearls

How to Place an Order

So, how should you place an order? Here’s the right way:
 
1.Round pearls, size 9–13 mm, 200 pieces
2.Drop pearls, size 5–13 mm, 500 pieces
3.Mixed sizes, all shapes and colors
 
For drop-shaped pearls, the exact shape isn’t a problem. For round pearls, a mix of colors is fine.
 
Orders like these are much easier to fulfill because we don’t have to match every pearl perfectly. It gives us flexibility while still providing high-quality pearls for your needs.
 
Or, if you prefer, you can place an order for specific shapes or colors:
• Baroque pearls only
• Keshi pearls only
• Round pearls in white only
• Round pearls in yellow only
• Round pearls in champagne color
 
This way, you can get exactly what you need while keeping your order realistic and feasible.
